I have decided to walk more, on dry days I intend to walk to & fro to work, roughly 1.3 miles trip each way which takes about 20 minutes. I added that today a brisk walk at lunchtime, it was so lovely and sunny I couldn't resit a stroll along the prom, how lucky to live by the sea.
